Introducing Accounting & Bookkeeping in Dripos
One of the most time-consuming and most error-prone tasks is keeping your books in sync with what's actually happening at your counter.
Most operators have been living with the same workaround for years: pull a report from your POS, import it into QuickBooks or another accounting tool, manually reconcile the numbers, and hope the totals match. When they don't, you spend hours figuring out why. And at tax time, that friction compounds fast.
We built Accounting & Bookkeeping in Dripos to fix that.
What Accounting & Bookkeeping does
Accounting & Bookkeeping is now available in your Dripos web dashboard under the Finance tab. Connect your business banking accounts and credit cards, categorize your transactions, and see a live picture of your business financials without touching a spreadsheet or opening a second platform.
With Dripos Bookkeeping, you get a dedicated bookkeeper in your corner. This will be someone who actually knows your numbers, keeps your books spotless, and makes sure your finances are always working for you.
Because Dripos already holds your labor costs and transaction data, those figures will automatically populate in your books. You're not re-entering anything. You're just seeing it all in one place for the first time.
Reporting includes:
- Profit & loss
- Balance sheet
- Statement of cash flows
- General ledger
What it isn't
Accounting won't file your taxes for you but it gives you clean, accurate books that make tax season a lot less painful.
Who can use it
Accounting is available now for all single and multi-unit Dripos customers. Multi-EIN support is coming shortly.
Why this matters
Most POS platforms treat accounting & bookkeeping as an afterthought. We think financial visibility is core to running a healthy business, not a feature you should have to duct-tape together.
This is one more step toward Dripos being the only platform independent coffee shop owners need.
