About La Cabra
La Cabra is a modern coffee company, born out of Denmark and now roasting in New York City. For more than a decade they have dedicated themselves to sourcing and roasting, forging an honest and novel approach to coffee. They value clean and bright cups, with clear flavor notes that reflect their place of origin, and through these bright coffees they aim to take you with them through the seasons of coffee.
