Please introduce yourself

Hi! I’m Keyur, and I’m part of the Customer Success team at Dripos. I moved to the U.S. from Nepal when I was 9 and have had the chance to call many different places home over the years. After graduating from the University of Miami in 2023, I started my own company before eventually making my way to New York a year ago to join Dripos. Having family and friends spread across the globe has given me the opportunity to explore new places and experience different cultures. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit 45 U.S. states and more than 30 countries, and I’m always looking for my next adventure. These days, my girlfriend and I love exploring NYC one restaurant, coffee shop, or hidden gem at a time. When I’m not working, you can usually find me hosting dinner parties, organizing board game nights, or heading outdoors for a hike, camping trip, or any excuse to explore somewhere new.

What is your go-to coffee order?

I know, I know… working at Dripos and not drinking coffee sounds a little strange! But I actually stopped drinking coffee a couple of years ago. These days, my go-to order is either an iced chai (but only if it’s brewed in-house) or a fresh orange juice.

What is your go-to coffee shop?

SEY Coffee in Brooklyn, NY for the best coffee, or Yellow Bike Coffee in Duluth, MN for the best chai.

What is your role at Dripos? And what is your favorite part of your role?

I’m a Customer Success Manager at Dripos. My favorite part of my role is getting to interact with and learn from our customers every day. Being so closely connected with the people who use our platform gives me a better understanding of their businesses, their challenges, and what we can do to continue building a product that truly helps them succeed.

What do you enjoy most and least about working at a tech startup?

There honestly isn’t a single part of working at a tech startup that I don’t enjoy. The team culture at Dripos is something really special. It feels less like a traditional workplace and more like a big family of people who genuinely care about each other, our customers, and the product we’re building. My favorite part is the constant opportunity to grow. Every day brings a new challenge, a new problem to solve, and a chance to improve how we work. I love being surrounded by people who are always pushing themselves, helping each other, and coming together to make Dripos better for our customers.

Can you describe a specific achievement at Dripos you are most proud of?

One achievement I’m especially proud of at Dripos has been helping improve and streamline many of the internal workflows on my team. A lot of the work that happens behind the scenes directly impacts the experience our customers have, so making our processes more efficient and organized has been incredibly rewarding.I’ve enjoyed finding ways to help our team work more effectively, communicate better, and spend more time focused on what matters most: supporting our customers. Knowing that these improvements help us provide a smoother, more consistent experience for the businesses that rely on Dripos is something I’m really proud of.

What are you most excited to build, solve, or see come to life at Dripos this year?

I’m most excited about the AI-powered support experience we’ll be bringing to life at Dripos this year. I know there can be some skepticism around AI, but we’ve already seen how powerful it can be when used thoughtfully to make people’s lives easier and help teams work more efficiently. With AI support, our customers will be able to get faster answers, better guidance, and more resources to understand and get the most out of the Dripos platform. I’m excited about the opportunity to combine technology with our existing support experience to help our customers run their businesses even more successfully.
