Meet Cole, our Revenue Operations Manager! When he’s not analyzing data, you can find him surfing, diving, spearfishing or skiing.

Please introduce yourself!

My name is Cole and I am from Montgomery, AL. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance. I currently live in Greenwich Village, and have been in NYC for a little over 2 years. Prior to Dripos, I worked in residential, commercial, and restaurant construction and property management. Outside of work I try to surf, dive, spearfish, and ski any chance I can. I also love going to Billy Strings concerts, trying different restaurants and coffee shops in the city, and traveling.

What is your go-to coffee order?

Cold brew, drip, or a cortadito.

What is your role at Dripos? and what is your favorite part of your role?

I’m the Revenue Operations Manager. My favorite part of my role is getting to analyze different data about our business and improve systems and processes with our teams. Ideally, we’d love to be able to package and use that data to help independent shops make important business decisions.

What do you enjoy most about working at a tech start up?

I enjoy the fast pace, growth, and building something for an industry that I am passionate about. Seeing businesses grow, expand, and become integral parts of their communities is always very rewarding.

Can you describe a specific achievement at Dripos you are most proud of?

Hiring and training new people on our team is always particularly rewarding.

What are you most excited to build, solve, or see come to life at Dripos this year?

More efficient internal systems to support our team so they can focus on the shops that we work with!

What’s your favorite metric—and why does it deserve more love?

Days from first demo to signed up (for new businesses). The faster we can help new shops get signed up and launched, the faster they can open their doors to the public!
