
The Future of Dripos

Hi everyone! If we haven’t directly met, I’m Jack, the founder and CEO of Dripos. I wanted to personally share something meaningful with you. Today, we’re officially introducing Dripos’ updated brand identity.
As we’ve grown, our perspective has grown too. What started as a tool has evolved into something much bigger. Dripos is a design-led coffee technology company built on technical excellence, authenticity, and a genuine love for coffee culture. Our new look is a reflection of who we are today and where we’re headed next.
From the very beginning in 2019, Dripos was built through co-creation. We talked with café owners across the country about what their dream operating system would look like and built it alongside them. That collaboration and the continued collaboration with coffee shops has shaped everything we do. The result is a streamlined system that replaces a patchwork of subscriptions, bringing together hardware and software for ordering, marketing, team leadership, earnings management, and operations all at a fair, simple price.
We’re also excited to introduce Counter Talk, our new industry publication. It’s an editorial space designed to spotlight the conversations shaping the coffee world. Counter Talk goes beyond product updates to share thoughtful stories, insights, and resources for café owners, operators, and the broader coffee community. You’ll find industry trends, operational education, founder stories, design and culture, and original reporting all in one place.
Alongside the rebrand and publication launch, I’m especially excited to share two upcoming feature releases that speak directly to the challenges shops are facing right now:
- Dripos Accounting: a highly anticipated add-on launching this year that deeply integrates financial management into Dripos. Our goal is to make this the only tool shops need for accounting, with bookkeeping coming shortly after.
- Penny Discontinuation Workflow: a timely feature designed to help shops seamlessly navigate the potential discontinuation of the penny in the U.S., ensuring smooth cash handling and operational continuity.
