Coffee Fest NYC Recap
It's safe to say the Dripos team had quite a week. We just wrapped up a whirlwind few days at Coffee Fest New York, and we're still buzzing (and not just from all the espresso). Our team was abuzz with conversations, and honestly, just the energy of being in a room full of people who love coffee as much as we do.
A New Look, A New Chapter

Coffee Fest NY marked a big milestone for Dripos: it was the first time we unveiled our rebrand out in the wild. Walking onto the show floor with our new booth design felt like a proper debut and the reception was everything we hoped for. We wanted the space to feel distinctly us, which meant leaning into our NYC roots hard. That meant branded Nuts4Dripos (a cheeky nod to the legendary Nuts4Nuts carts you'll find on every corner in the city) and NYC-style subs to fuel the conversations. Because honestly, who doesn't go nuts for a POS built specifically for coffee shop workflow?
The Team Was Out in Full Force

We didn't just show up, we showed up ready. Demo stations were humming all day, with team members from sales, success, implementation, and marketing all on the floor to connect with shop owners and operators from across the country. Whether someone was just exploring their options or ready to dive deep into what Dripos can do for their workflow, we had the right people there to meet them where they were.
Connecting With Our Partners
One of the most genuinely fun parts of any trade show is getting to see familiar faces in real life. We had the chance to catch up with several of our partners who were also at the show — Transcendence Coffee, Proper Syrups, Created Co., The Coffee Human Resource, and Dillanos Coffee Roasters. These are relationships we value deeply, and there's something special about moving conversations from emails and calls to a handshake and a cup of something great. We also used the show as an opportunity to scope out the coolest brands we can partner with – to further excel our Partner Perks program and offerings to all of our shops.
Watching the Craft
We carved out some time to take in the Latte Art Competition, and if you've never watched that kind of focused artistry up close, you're missing out. The community vibe around it was electric and a nice reminder of why this industry is so special.
Breakfast With the Network
Before the show, we hosted a breakfast at our New York HQ with operators from across the Dripos network — shops stretching from Salt Lake City all the way to Portland, Maine. Getting to sit down, share some bagels, and hear directly from the people building their businesses on our platform is always grounding. It's the kind of moment that reminds us exactly who we're building for.
All in all, Coffee Fest NY was everything we wanted it to be: a chance to introduce a new era of Dripos, reconnect with partners, and meet the next wave of coffee professionals looking for a better way to run their shops. We hope to see even more of you at future Coffee Fest shows – and also at World of Coffee in San Diego in just a few short weeks.
