Hamilton Underground was born from owner Jessica Wells' lifelong love of coffee and a clear vision for her community. Tucked into Hamilton Heights at 761 St. Nicholas Ave, the shop is known for its dark, witchy aesthetic, homemade syrups made without preservatives or dyes, and a seasonal menu that keeps locals coming back. Partnering with Afficionado Coffee Roasters, Jessica built a shop rooted in quality relationships — with her farmers, her neighborhood, and every customer who walks through the door.

Hamilton Underground came to Dripos looking for a partner that actually cared. Larger platforms had left Jessica feeling like an afterthought — not a business owner with real operational needs. With staff training eating into floor time and payroll admin pulling her away from the shop she built, she needed tools that worked as hard as she did.
