
Dialed In: Brewing Momentum Through Q1
Hello and welcome to the March edition of Dialed In. In this month’s installment we’ll be covering the highlights from an event-filled Q1 of 2026, including an update on some key implementation team metrics, customer launch highlights, event recaps, and a look ahead the coming month.
Implementation by the Numbers
As Q1 of 2026 came to a close, the Implementation Team continued its efforts to launch a wide variety of new users across 36 states. Roughly 60% of these were new businesses beginning their coffee journey, while the remaining 40% were existing businesses switching from their previous point of sale system. These customers consisted of mobile coffee carts, trucks, and trailers as well as single location cafes and multi-unit shops with as many as 4+ locations. The team is poised to grow our total launch volume as the year progresses, while also facilitating a shorter time-to-live for shops joining the platform.

Customer Highlight
One customer launch we’d like to spotlight in particular is the second location of cafe and roaster, Pinup Coffee, located in Virginia Beach, VA. Pinup has been a part of the Dripos community since 2024 when they opened their first location. They originally chose Dripos because they were looking for an all-in-one system that was not only able to meet their needs as a new business, but also able to grow with them as they expanded. Dripos allows the Pinup management team to easily monitor sales performance, track employees and operate efficiently across both locations. We love watching our customers grow and succeed, especially those who have been with us since the start of their journey.

Another highlight from Q1 was Coffee Fest NYC. Members of the Dripos Sales, Implementation, and Success teams were present at the Dripos booth. At the show, we met with both current and prospective customers, discussing best practices for coffee shops, running software demonstrations, and updating users regarding new features on the horizon for Dripos, like the new Accounting feature. These conventions allow us to get real life facetime with our customers and nurture the relationships that we value so greatly as a leading figure in the coffee community. We are looking forward to doing more of the same at World of Coffee, coming up in April in San Diego, CA!
